The Green Mountain Water and Sanitation District (GMWSD) serves several neighborhoods and areas, providing essential water and sanitation services to its residents and businesses. The district is roughly bordered by:
North Boundary: Extends along 6th Avenue from Independence Street west to South Zinnia Way, excluding the Denver Federal Center property.
South Boundary: Runs along Morrison Road from Bear Creek Golf Club west towards McIntyre Street.
East Boundary: Follows South Union Boulevard from Jewell Avenue north to Mississippi Avenue, then along Garrison Street from Mississippi west to 6th Avenue.
West Boundary: Green Mountain forms the western boundary of the district.
Solterra: The district also provides contracted sewer services to residential homes in the Solterra neighborhood.
