2024 District Infrastructure Replacement Project (DIRP)

Green Mountain Water and Sanitation District has contracted Concrete Works of Colorado Inc, to complete waterline replacements for our 2024 District Infrastructure Replacement Project (DIRP). Work is scheduled July 15th through September 30th 2024.

Project areas are:

W. Warren Dr. from S. Coors St northwest to W. Baltic Dr.
- Currently Under Construction
W. Atlantic Ave. from S. Deframe St. west to the end of the cul-de-sac
- Estimated Start Date: End of August
S. Valentine St. from W. New Mexico Pl. south to W. Jewell Ave.
- Estimated Start Date: TBD
W. New Mexico Pl. from S. Van Gordon Ct. west to S. Wright St.
- Estimated Start Date: TBD
W. Mississippi Ct. from S. Beech St. west to S. Foothill Dr.
- Estimated Start Date: TBD
W. Virginia Dr. from S. Cole Ct. west to S. Fig Way
- Estimated Start Date: TBD
Telluride W from Wright St. south towards W 2nd Pl.
- Estimated Start Date: TBD

For residents in the project's areas.

During construction a temporary water line will be installed to provide water service to the property during construction. As part of this construction, you will experience temporary disruptions to your water service. Notices will be provided 24 hours in advance of any outages.

No parking signs will be placed in the works areas in front of your residence. Please refrain from parking in these are during construction hours, vehicle impeding construction may be towed.

Work hours are expected to be Monday – Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Access to your residence may be impacted at times during working hours however, all efforts will be made to minimize these types of impact.

The projects require asphalt mill and overlay of the disturbed areas upon completion of the waterline replacement. This work will be scheduled separately. Advance notice will be provided for this work to ensure the area is clear for the paving operations.
